Hi John,
Thanks for the great pictures of Reno 2005.
The Sports Class Race Team #111, is the Tackabury family, Jenny and her parents
Pam and Paul.
With the prototype Controlable Automatic High pressure Fuel Injection system, I
did not
touch the mixture once and could be sure the system gave me peak power.
This year it started on the first blade six out of seven starts, the biggest
improvement over last year. I really enjoyed the very tight fourship in the
first lap of the Sunday race, hope to get a picture of it later.
Regards,
Klaus Savier
Chrissy and John,
Thanks for the good time at the Reno Air Races. You have some very nice
planes, and have managed to peak my interest in the sport.
If you ever make it to the Dayton Air Show, (Wright Patterson A.B.), give me
a heads up, it is only 30 minutes north of my house in Ohio.
I am always good for a beer and a couch. I hope to see you next year in
Reno, if not sooner.
John, congratulations on your 1st Place Win within the Harmon Rocket Group.
Regards
Greg Ireland

Well, got back from Reno Monday in one piece. What a blast ! John again led the way for the ROCKETS with very consistent 250 plus MPH laps that hardly varied more than two miles an hour the whole week ! Like flying on a string . Although there were a few tense moments that happen in racing, everyone kept their cool and the Rockets showed why they're probably the least expensive race planes that can be both competitive and a whole lot of fun as a sport plane ! Good showing for all !
Chrissy, thanks a bunch for the delicious Smoked Salmon on Sunday. It was sweet and smoky like Honey and mesquite. Just the thing to go with Miller Lite after a race.
Thanks again, see ya all soon,
Bill Black. Rocket Driver .
